I have the right to reject any commissions for any reason I see fit.

Payment for all commissions is due up front. I use Paypal invoices.

No refunds (unless I cannot complete your commission).

ETAs are given upon invoicing. I will update you as needed if I believe the time will take longer than the initial ETA. You may ask for updates as often as need be!

Any changes may be made during sketch phase, after that only minor changes may be done (unless it's so alter mistakes I've made or errors in the design). Sketches are only sent upon request for commissions under $20.

Be a decent person. Please do not steal/trace/copy/colourpick any of my works.

Once you purchase a design from me it's your's to do with as you like so long as you're not profiting off of or editing my intial works. This means you're welcome to edit/change the design as you see fit, including changing species

If purchasing a Closed Species from me please make sure to read the species' guidelines and TOS as well!

Designs purchased from me may be sold at a higher rate if accomponied by new art.

Please do not steal/trace/copy/colourpick any of my designs.

If requesting a custom you can be as specific or as vague as you'd like! I will supply sketches and/or colour palettes for approval and will work with you in that stage as needed to get what you'd like! After the design is completed only minor changes may be requested.

You are more than welcome to upload art commissioned for you to character sites (such as Toyhouse and character webpages), but if uploading to any other sites (such as deviantart, furaffinity, or instagram, etc.) please only upload a watermarked version that explicitly links back and/or credits me! If you have questions or would like to request a watermarked version, please msg me!

I retain copyright over any works that I do.

I retain the right to upload any works I do publicly on any of my portfolios.

Do not claim, redistribute, profit off of, or edit any of my works. Edits can often be requested by me, just ask!

Be polite & decent! Doing art is a business and I am a chill, kind guy but I will not tolerate any abuses or bashings. I operate on a one-strike basis.

If you are a minor, please do not request NSFW works!

Tips are very appreciated and will always be avalible as an option on invoices. If you prefer to tip afterwards you may do so on my paypal.me or kofi (both listed on the front page of my carrd).
